Infosys, a global leader in consulting, technology, outsourcing and nextgeneration services, and the University of Amsterdam collaborate since 2016 in offering the challenging Infosys InStep summer internship programme in Bangalore, India.
Infosys Limited is a global leader in technology services and consulting. Their InStep programme provides students with a platform to expand their academic and professional horizons. While working and residing on the large Infosys campus in Bangalore, interns will be immersed in enriching experiences and develop valuable personal, professional and intercultural skills. The InStep internships are paid, vary from 8 to 12 weeks, and focus on research intensive high-impact problem statements.
During the application procedure, students can choose from a variety of projects, ranging from software engineering to corporate planning, education or research.
The internships take place during or around the summer and last between 8 and 12 weeks. Selected students can choose the period of their internship in consultation with the UvA and Infosys. All expenses including travel expenses, living costs and insurance are covered by Infosys. Students will also be offered an additional internship remuneration.
